Part C – Betting

General Conditions

Crickex offers betting on its platforms, as well as casino games. To do this, players need to have money in their account balance. You can make betting transactions via:

  • The Crickex website or our mobile app;
  • Other programmes from official payment operators.

Below are the rules that apply to all of our exchange and bookmaker products. Be sure to read them before using the Crickex sportsbook or betting exchange.

Use of Our Services

Before using Crickex’s betting services, please ensure that you are permitted to do so under current regulations. You should also understand that you are solely responsible for placing bets and any losses incurred as a result.

When using Crickex’s services, players are prohibited from:

  • Take any action that may harm Crickex or its commercial activities;
  • Manipulate outcomes in a way that affects the integrity of the Exchange or any Market;
  • Place bets from territories where they are prohibited;
  • Organise illegal betting by transmitting information in territories where betting is prohibited.

General Conduct

  • Players are prohibited from transferring money from one account to another through collusion.
  • If a player notices errors in the calculation of a bet, please inform us, as we reserve the right to declare such bets invalid.
  • Players must not use third-party programmes or take actions that may affect the IP address of their device.
  • Players are responsible for paying taxes and fees incurred as a result of their activities on Crickex platforms.
  • Players are prohibited from engaging in offensive behaviour or using offensive materials on the Crickex website or other company platforms.

Underage Gambling

Minors are not permitted to use Crickex services. The following actions will be taken if it is discovered that an account is owned by a player under the age of 18:

  • The customer’s account will be immediately blocked;
  • An investigation will be conducted to determine on whose behalf the bets were placed.

Cancellation of Bets

A bet is considered cancelled only after we have given our consent. If we do not have time to give our consent to cancel the bet, it may be accepted and paid out in accordance with the odds.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Stakes

The minimum and maximum bet sizes are set individually for each match and outcome. Do not attempt to place a bet below the set limit, as this may result in your account being blocked. The betting limit is determined by the ‘available for betting’ balance or the ‘impact limit,’ whichever is lower.

Bet Settlement

All bets on Crickex platforms are calculated in accordance with the bookmaker’s rules. We reserve the right to cancel or change the payout on a bet if it was previously calculated incorrectly.

Commissions and Payment Structure

The commission is charged and depends entirely on the player’s net winnings. Bets placed on the betting exchange do not affect its size. Please note that Crickex is not responsible for losses incurred for reasons beyond our control. Such failures include technical failures or power outages.

By using the services on the Crickex website, you agree that we are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of violating the Crickex rules and conditions on this page.
